Kerogen d.o.o. provides IWCF (International Well Control Forum) accredited Well Control training courses.

These courses are professional training programmes designed for personnel working in the oil and gas industry and are delivered in accordance with IWCF standards and guidelines.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Currency and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes (VAT where applicable).

3.2 Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place on the course. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover, American Express). Payments are processed securely via CorvusPay.

4. Course Attendance and Delivery

Our services consist of educational training courses; therefore, no physical goods are delivered.

A contract for services is considered fulfilled upon delivery of the course.

Participants will receive confirmation details (date, time, location) after successful booking.

Failure to attend without prior notice may result in loss of the full course fee.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Refund Policy

Course fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

5.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be permitted at our discretion in cases such as:

  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)
  • Bereavement
  • Force majeure or other exceptional circumstances

Requests must be submitted in writing before the course start date.

5.3 Cancellation by Kerogen d.o.o.

If we cancel a course, participants will be offered:

  • Rescheduling, or
  • A full refund

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Croatian consumer protection law:

By booking a course with a specific date, the customer expressly agrees that the service begins on a fixed date and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal (14-day cancellation right) does not apply under Article 16(l) of the Directive.
